How Spravato Is Administered

Spravato is self-administered as a nasal spray in our REMS-certified office under direct medical supervision. After dosing, patients are monitored for at least two hours by trained clinical staff before they may leave. Patients cannot drive themselves home on treatment days and must arrange transportation.
