Before Your Appointment
Telehealth is most effective when you are prepared. Please review these quick steps before your session:
Ensure you have a reliable internet connection and use an updated web browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Edge.
Find a quiet, private, and well-lit space where you can speak freely.
Have your photo ID, medication list, and any recent lab results ready to review with your provider.
If you are a new patient, please complete the Telehealth Check-In Form at www.mypsychvisit.com before your appointment.
Use headphones or earbuds to maintain clear audio and privacy.
Preparing these steps ahead of time helps ensure a smooth, uninterrupted session.
Joining Your Telehealth Session
Follow these simple steps to begin your appointment:
Pay Your Copay or Private fee Before Session link is sent (Link will be sent by SMS)
Select “Telehealth Check-In link from Phone”
Click “Join Session.”
Your provider will admit you into the secure virtual room once ready.
Our telehealth platform is HIPAA-compliant and built to protect your privacy throughout the visit.
During Your Visit
Your virtual session will mirror an in-person appointment in both quality and professionalism.
Keep your camera on for effective communication and assessment.
Make sure you are well-lit and clearly visible on screen.
Speak clearly and stay focused; minimize background movement or distractions.
Have your current medications nearby for reference during medication management.
Be open — your clinician may discuss medications, therapy, and lifestyle adjustments just as in office visits.
After Your Appointment
Following your session:
Prescriptions will be sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy.
Your visit summary, recommendations, and any lab orders will be added to your secure patient chart.
